STORE PICKUP 

In order to pickup an order placed on our website you will need to provide the following at the time of pickup.

1. Your Order # or Receipt
2. The physical credit card used to purchase
3. Valid Government issues ID - ID must match the name on the credit card

All store pickup orders not picked up within 30 days will be canceled and you will receive store credit back to your account, minus a 20% restock fee.

SHIPPING

We only ship order to the United States of America, US Territories and Military Bases.

Some items are not shippable and will not allow you to choose shipping at checkout.

We will ship items via USPS or UPS. Certain orders may require an adult signature at delivery. 

Items return to us as undeliverable or refused will be refunded (minus actual cost of shipping - minimum $4.99)
